AC Self Storage's WebsiteAC Self Storage Solutions, LLC acquires, manager and enhances asset value on self storage properties in major markets throughout the United States. Operating under the brand name of AC Self Storage through its funds and AC Asset Management, LLC for our Third party management, oversees over 1.2M SF approximately 9,500 units across the U.S.
Our target markets are stabilized cash flowing storage facilities in the Pacific Northwest and Sunbelt states. We are focused on small to mid range sized projects, generally 50,000 RSF and above, our experience allows us to integrate institutional marketing and management expertise to increase project financial performance, cashflow and investor returns.
AC Self Storage Solutions' first fund, AC Self Storage Fund I, LLC, was initiated in December of 2010 and exited in August 2016 going full cycle with a cash on cash return to investors over 5.5 years of approximately 21.0%.
