We make direct real estate investments through our affiliated companies. Our real estate services are provided directly through Axxcess Realty Advisors, LLC and SVN Realty Advisors.

Business Units and Focus

AC Self Storage Solutions, LLC

AC Self Storage Solutions, LLC and its third party management firm, AC Asset Management, LLC is a full service self storage company with national coverage. The firm, founded in 2010 by principals with storage, portfolio and capital expertise, most recently had 1.3m sf and 9,500 units under management with an asset value of approximately $130m. In 2016 the firm sold its first fund, AC Self Storage Fund I, LLC, encompassing 341,000 sf and 6,000 units. Investor returns over a 5.5 year period were in excess of a 20.8% annual cash on cash return, and a 2.25x multiple on invested capital. AC Self Storage continues to acquire new assets and establish new fund opportunities.

Summit Senior Life, LLC

Summit Senior Life, LLC is a senior living development company specializing in site selection, entitlement, development and management. The firm is a venture between Summit Senior Living, LLC and Citivest, Inc. creating sustainable senior communities. The principals of SSLife have acquired over $2b in real estate, developed over $650m and currently have 3 Senior Community projects underway.

SVN Realty Advisors, Inc.

SVN Realty Advisors is the national practice leader for the Corporate Real Estate Services clientele within SVN International. SVN Realty Advisors has partnered with SVNIC in building a sustainable platform and managing the 20 member national team practice. The firm and its principals provide strategic planning, portfolio and transaction management, process re-engineering, consulting, and account performance management services to corporate users.

Real Clear Software, LLC

Real Clear Software, established in 2016, was created to provide critical application solutions to corporate users along with asset managers and other real estate portfolio managers The firm created its first product, LOCC Systems, initially due to the need of a client with over 1,200 locations. The application provides real time decision support and benchmarking for owners and managers of real estate. LOCC Systems is a web/cloud-based decision support based software application for businesses that occupy multiple locations. By compiling and analyzing customer designed metrics, multi-location users can quickly and confidently take their real estate decisions to the next level.
